2017 is flying past and incredibly Easter is almost upon us, which brings good food and big news. I’m going to on the pans at Hallegaard Gårdbutik, pumping out some Easter treats with my own (very non-traditionally Danish) twists. Hallegaard is well known to all on Bornholm as a boutique farm, butchery, farm shop, cafe, brewery, and makers of the best damn polser (sausages) in this part of the world!
